    Click My Account > My Orders (You can reach from here)

    Click Return that is next to the order that you would like to return.

    Choose the product or products you would like to return on the new page.

    You cannot cancel the orders that are not shipped yet; you can send a message on Contact Page in order to cancel them.

    Your right to return ends 14 days from the day you receive your order. Your use of the right of withdrawal is 14 days according to the laws.
